I believe meaningful growth begins when we make space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

Leadership asks us to navigate complexity, make difficult decisions, support others, and continually adapt. In the midst of these demands, it can be difficult to step back, gain perspective, and consider what comes next.

I created Sabbaticalize to help leaders make that space.

Through leadership coaching, strategic consulting, and facilitated learning experiences, I help leaders reflect on where they are, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with greater clarity, alignment, and intention.

Why Should You Trust Sabbaticalize?
My approach to leadership coaching is grounded in the intersection of professional expertise and lived experience.

Throughout my career as a bilingual teacher, school principal, district leader, and leadership development facilitator, I have experienced the complexity of leading people, navigating organizational change, and turning a vision into meaningful action. My work with education leaders and organizations has deepened my understanding of the systems, relationships, and decisions that shape leadership.

My academic preparation at USC, Stanford, and Harvard has informed my practice, but I also know that leadership cannot be understood through theory alone. Leadership is shaped by our experiences, the people we serve, the challenges we face, and the choices we make along the way. I bring these perspectives together to create a coaching experience that balances thoughtful reflection with practical action.
I approach each leader with curiosity, compassion, and a belief in their capacity to grow, not by becoming someone else, but by developing greater awareness of who they are and how they want to lead.
