Both are grounded in the same principles and phases - the difference is
how the pause is created.


Option 1: Pause Away
(Mini or Full Sabbatical Coaching)

About the Coach
Dr. Adriana Chavarín-López
Adriana is an education leadership coach and consultant who works with leaders navigating complexity, constraint, and change within real systems. She understands the institutional pressures leaders face—and the cost of trying to lead well without space to think, reflect, and realign.
Her work integrates reflection, action, and systems thinking to support leaders not just to endure their roles, but to lead with clarity, integrity, and sustainability over time.

Leaders work with Sabbaticalize through one of two tracks:
Individual leadership coaching—either in role or during a mini-sabbatical—and Leadership Team Alignment, which supports teams to define the right problems, align strategy and culture, and strengthen implementation within complex systems.

Across both tracks, Adriana helps leaders slow down urgency, think more clearly together, and build practices that last.
